Our UpDOG technicians will send a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service. You don’t need to be home, but we do ask for clear access to the yard and that no aggressive dogs are left outside. This helps us work safely and efficiently.

Your UpDOG technician will arrive and begin a full cleanup of all pet waste. Our team follows a structured walking pattern designed to prevent missed spots, and we inspect the yard multiple times to ensure it is completely clean before we finish.
